I made these today and they were great! I used Frontier Coop’s pumpkin pie spice and kind of wish I halved it because it’s a little strong for me. I also found it helped to slightly smoosh the cookies down when placing the top chocolate chips because it gave a more organic looking shape; the first, un-smooshed batch really held that cookie-scoop shape. I’m looking forward to sharing and eating these!
