11 Valentine's Day Recipes
I know it’s hard enough to keep up with all the recipes out there on Miss Piggy’s internet, let alone all the recipes easygayoven has racked up over the years. That’s why I like doing these occasional roundups to dredge up great recipes from the past that you may have missed or forgotten about. In this post, you’ll find perfect offerings for impressing your SO, impressing your Galentines, or impressing yourself with just how much you can put away alone on your couch.
Some of the recipes are for paid subscribers, but some of them are for everyone (the bottom three are all free and on easygayoven.com.) And if you still can’t find the right one for you, feel free to peruse the EGO Recipe Index, which is organized by category and location, and tells you whether or not the recipe is paywalled.
Salted Caramel Rice Pudding

This is pretty easy, feels like a dessert at a fancy restaurant, and you can make it a day or two in advance!
Mini Chocolate Lava Cakes

I was so proud when I developed these because I know most people don’t own ramekins, but they probably have a muffin tin — which is how you bake them. To make my recipe for lava cakes for two (in ramekins) see this video.
Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Don’t let anyone tell you red velvet cake is just bland, red chocolate cake — it’s much more than that!

Ahh! This post came at the right time! I was agonizing all week on what to make for this weekend
