I'm in the process of making these now! I made the traditional filling and used grams measurement. It came out super soft, like frosting texture. Is that normal? I couldn't get it into a very round shape trying to spoon it onto the parchment but they're in the freezer now to hopefully firm up. Also there was a lot of leftover filling after portioning out 18 tablespoons - were those supposed to be more rounded portions? I can't wait to bake them!
